Fireflies is unusual in this category: it publishes a price for its Enterprise plan, $39 per user per month, rather than hiding it behind a contact-sales wall. The trade-off is that Enterprise has no monthly option at all - it is annual billing only, so there is no way to trial it on a rolling contract.
What it actually costs a team
Fireflies publishes per-seat rates, not team totals. The tables below are our arithmetic on Fireflies' own published rates: twelve months at the monthly rate against twelve months at the annual rate, per seat count.

The free-plan contradiction
The pricing page advertises the Free tier as "Unlimited transcription", while the knowledge base states the Free plan gives "3 free meeting transcriptions" by default, with unlimited transcription unlocked only by enabling Auto Join.
The same pair of pages also disagrees on storage: "400 mins storage/team" on the pricing page versus "400 minutes of storage per seat" in the knowledge base. Team-wide and per-seat are materially different limits, and neither page acknowledges the other. Between our reading of 2026-08-27 and our reading of 2026-09-09 Fireflies also moved this knowledge-base article to a new URL and changed the per-seat storage figure it publishes from 800 minutes to 400 minutes; the original article no longer resolves, so the earlier figure can no longer be verified against the vendor.

Concretely: on a 5-seat team, the pricing page's figure allows 400 minutes of storage for the whole team, while the knowledge base's figure allows 800 minutes per seat, or 4,000 minutes in total. The two published figures differ by a factor of 10. We cannot resolve which is current and do not pick a side.
The pricing page advertises the free plan as offering "Unlimited transcription".
The knowledge base qualifies that transcription is free only for calendar meetings and captures made through the app, bot or Chrome extension, and that everything is bounded by a hard storage ceiling — uploaded audio consumes credits. "Unlimited" describes the meter, not the plan.

The residency caveat
Fireflies markets bring-your-own-storage as EU data residency.
Storage location and processing location are different controls. Under GDPR it is the processing that triggers transfer obligations, and Fireflies confirms processing stays in the US regardless. A buyer who needs EU processing is not served by this feature.
