Methodology

How we score notetakers.

Every notetaker is rated on 14 categories covering recording, transcription, AI reports, knowledge, email, telephony, CRM/ATS/productivity integrations, automation, organization, conversation intelligence, security and pricing. Each criterion is scored 0–5, weighted by category, and normalized to a /100 final score with A+ to F letter grades.
