Methodology

How we score notetakers.

Every notetaker is rated on 11 dimensions, scored 0-5. We weight those dimensions based on what drives real-world fit, then normalize to a /100 score. Deal-breakers act as hard filters.

Language coverage	×2	English, non-English, multilingual meetings, real-time.
Team size fit	×2	Solo, small team, department, enterprise.
Volume capacity	×1	Low, medium, high or very high meeting volume.
Deal-breakers	filter	Hard filter: a 0-1 here eliminates the tool from your ranking.

The formula

score = Σ (dimension_score × weight) / Σ (5 × weight) × 100

if any chosen deal-breaker has score ≤ 1:
    score = 0   // tool is eliminated

Score bands

85–100 — Excellent match
70–84 — Good match
50–69 — Partial match
30–49 — Weak match
0–29 — Not recommended
